One of the big questions nearly every person from every culture wonders what God wants from us.

Jesus is on trial for making the massive claim that he is equal with God. In his defence, Jesus lays out three pieces of evidence and then masterfully turns it back on his hearers. In the end, people are left with no excuses!

In this passage we take the periscope into the Triune God. We see how the Son and the Father are both one and equal. However we also see how the Son's love for the Father is captured in submissive obedience. Equally, the Father's love for the Son is expressed by entrusting Jesus with the power to give life and to judge.

The 3rd miraculous sign in John is misread by both the man who is healed and the Jewish leaders. Will you let this Sign take you to the Son that you may be Saved.
