This is Staff Selects, where one of the library staff introduces you to a book of their choosing.

Today our reader will be me, Douglas. We recently were grateful to get some classic novels donated to the library and since I haven't read enough of the classics, I was looking though them to find one to read. That's when I found one of the most classic opening lines.

"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times."

So, I wanted to share it with you and perhaps convince you to give a dusty classic a try.

Hope you enjoy this one, and remember that if you like the sound of this book you can ask for it here at the library or find others like it!

Be sure to check out your local Library to check out what books they may have!
