She works in a variety of creative fields including branding, digital design, photography, fine art and film but the thing that has remained consistent throughout it all is her desire to find interesting ways to tell stories through a process she likes to call 'mind-mapping.'

Tevin Tavares is an award winning writer, director, and producer born and raised in the Bay Area. His work has been featured in several media outlets including, Forbes, Complex, Pigeons & Planes, XXL, 2 Dope Boyz, Hot New Hip Hop, and Nice Kicks. In 2016, his film "Numb in America" received a College Emmy, and in 2018 his film "Through Your Eyes" won Best Short Doc at the 2018 Long Beach Indie International Film Festival. In getting the opportunity to do films for Nike, his eye and gift for storytelling has reached national audiences. Tavares also co-directed NBA All Star Damian Lillard's first music video for his hit single, "Dre Grant".

He is currently working on a new docuseries Corona-cles (www.corona-cles.com) which is a globe spanning first-person telling of how people are coping with the Coronavirus Pandemic

He is based and quarantined in NYC.

Erin Fong is a Bay Area based letterpress printer and artist who has been printing for over 13 years. She began a career working alongside letterpress printers and bookbinders, mainly creating artist books and editions. In 2012, she co-founded a letterpress studio that focused on custom design and small batch printing. Her personal practice and most recent body of work, The Friendship Project, focuses on the power of color and connectedness. Erin LOVES fun and enjoys bringing people together. On this episode I sat down with Isabella Welch. Born with a cleft lip in its rarest form, Isabella has undergone 23 surgeries in 24 years that have helped to reconstruct her face as we see it today. At the age of 19, she was also diagnosed with Vascular Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), a connective tissue disorder - again, in its rarest form.

During this interview we discuss how she embraces her adversity to lead a life of acceptance and find possibility within limitations.

As someone who was sexually abused through childhood, she talks about the shame and guilt she carries with her and how she constantly tried to perfect her image in the past in order to hide behind her pain. Now, in a space where she is ready to share her story Rose offers a valuable perspective to others who have experienced sexual assault. She also talks about finding acceptance - just because something happens to you, does not mean it defines you.
