"What's Your Twenty?" Premiere Episode is titled 'Me Too'. Why 'Me Too'? For host Emily Zufelt, and guest Anthony Mann, the first show is about the experiences that connected them. They just happen to be the same experiences that connect all of us. Whether a traumatic event, the way that we respond to trauma or the fallout from being exposed to it for years - we are all connected. It's that moment when we see and hear courage and bravery from someone being honest and vocal about their truth regardless of judgement and fear. That moment when we see and hear the same things that we've been feeling and realize that we're truly not the only ones living this way. It's that moment when we feel validated, visible and normal - taking that deep breath, sometimes with tears staining our face, and finally saying, "Me Too".
