08/30/24: North Dakota United's President, Nick Archuleta, takes the reigns from Joel Heitkamp to have a conversation on "News and Views" about Measure 4. If approved by voters in November, the measure would prohibit political subdivisions from “levying any tax on real or personal property except for bonded indebtedness until paid,” according to the language approved for the ballot. Nick is joined by Chad Oban, the Executive Director at North Dakota United, to add to the conversation.
