In this one the boys visit again with a good friend and co host of the Talk About Outdoors Podcast and Chasing Weekends Youtube Channel. Nick just got back from New Zealand where he was turkey hunting. We know it's deer season but when you can talk about turkey hunting you know we will.

In this episode the boys visit with a long time friend of Anthony's, Donnie McDowell. They go back over 25 years in friendship. Anthony met Donnie when he was a young up and coming guide that was just making his mark on the western big game but still had a passion for whitetails here in the south. Oh did we mention Donnie is a turkey thug? He is and they did talk some turkey while exploring Donnie's fascinating life. Trust me this maybe a long episode but it is one worth the listen. The boys have a conversation with YouTube sensation Matt Dale of Dale Outdoors. Matt has a wealth of knowledge in the deer and turkey world and his instructional and how to videos are what has mad him so popular on his channel. With over 50K subscribers he is doing something right. Well they were supposed to talk deer hunting and some Fall turkey hunting tips and tricks but as usual the conversation went more to Spring and turkeys. Does that surprise you? With a little time on their hands and Halloween just around the corner the boys sat down and talked to each other about mysterious goings on that happen to them in the hunting woods. From haunted camp houses to strange happenings in the woods they are going to talk about the supernatural to sasquatch and everything in between. Well it's the time of the year we as hunters have all been waiting on. With that they decided to talk about old deer camps, road names and stories they have heard and grew up with. You may not know it but when it come to hunting deer with a bow Eddie is one of the best. He has taken some giant bucks in his day. With all this knowledge they just had to have him on the show to discuss tips and strategies on how to get out there and take a whitetail deer with your bow. The boys go way out of their lane and comfort zone and have a great conversation with Charlie Rochester. Charlie is an accomplished duck and goose hunter that has traveled all over the United States and the world to hunt these amazing birds. Of course there will be a rabbit hole or two as always but I promise even if you hunt ducks all the time or never have you will learn something and have a laugh or two.

Well the boys sit down together on this one and talk about the upcoming hunting seasons along with things we should all be doing to get prepared to hunt. They also catch up on events and projects they have been working on. This is a fun one that you will want to hear.

Well this episode was supposed to be all about preparing your food plots for the upcoming deer season. But it turned into something completely different right from the start and because of some technical issues recording this one the planting part of the recording was lost.
