Moving his young family to a blackberry patch outside Goulbourn may seem to most a crazy whim- but for Luke and his family it was the start of something important and for the rest of us, lucky enough to know him and eat his produce, the start of a farming revolution.

His story started out similar to many immigrants who travel in search of a better life, but hard work, a determination to succeed and a love of family above all else turned Victor Puharich’s life into a fairy tale. Coming from a farming family Joanna is really excited about her current project the Food Trust Platform, which is aimed at delivering a new level of trust in red meat brands. Utilising blockchain technology, this is perhaps the most significant breakthrough in food, from the farm, to the butcher, to the plate.
