From Hallmark: New journeys and revelations await the Landry family across generations. At the beginning of season four, Alice (Laflamme-Snow) is about to graduate high school, Kat (Leigh) and Elliot (Williams) dream of the next steps for their relationship while Del (MacDowell) realizes she will soon be an empty-nester again. But Del, Kat, Alice and Elliot should know by now that no matter how hard they try to focus on the future, the past is never gone. As more mysteries are unearthed, the Port Haven of the past and the Landry family of generations before might just contain the answers they seek. ----------------------------------------------------------------------🔗 Support my content creation journey (thank you!):

Let's dive into my reaction and review of The Testaments Season 1 episodes 1, 2, and 3 on #Hulu, in the world of The Handmaid's Tale. I discuss some of the changes from the book and TV show to this new series, what I think about the teen / young adult drama vibe, and continue to be disgusted with all things GILEAD! Plus, Elisabeth Moss is back as June Osborne! Will Agnes (Hannah) and Daisy (Nichole?) find their way back to their mom?

Watch: Do you need to watch "The Handmaid's Tale" before "The Testaments:" https://youtu.be/oANSba5XAeI

FROM HULU: An evolution of “The Handmaid’s Tale,” “The Testaments” is based on Margaret Atwood’s novel of the same name and is a dramatic coming-of-age story set in Gilead. The series follows young teens Agnes, dutiful and pious, and Daisy, a new arrival and convert from beyond Gilead’s borders. As they navigate the gilded halls of Aunt Lydia’s elite preparatory school for future wives, a place where obedience is instilled brutally and always with divine justification, their bond becomes the catalyst that will upend their past, their present and their future.

The series stars Ann Dowd, Chase Infiniti, Lucy Halliday, Mabel Li, Amy Seimetz, Brad Alexander, Rowan Blanchard, Mattea Conforti, Zarrin Darnell-Martin, Eva Foote, Isolde Ardies, Shechinah Mpumlwana, Birva Pandya and Kira Guloien.

The series is created by showrunner and executive producer Bruce Miller and executive produced by Warren Littlefield, Elisabeth Moss, Steve Stark, Shana Stein, Maya Goldsmith, John Weber, Sheila Hockin, Daniel Wilson, Fran Sears and Mike Barker, who will also direct the first three episodes and finale. “The Testaments” is produced by MGM Television and 20th Television.----------------------------------------------------------------------🔗 Support my content creation journey (thank you!):

The Testaments on Hulu is one of the most anticipated new shows — but do you need to watch The Handmaid's Tale first (or read Margaret Atwood’s books)? 👀In this episode, I break down whether you can jump into The Testaments with no prior knowledge, how it connects to The Handmaid’s Tale, and why it leans more toward a teen/young adult tone while still living inside the world of Gilead.Set years after the original series, the sequel follows a new generation — but what context actually matters, and what will you miss if you skip the original? Here’s everything you need to know before watching, including timeline, returning characters, and what kind of viewing experience to expect.

And what role will the town’s most recent arrival play in the events to come? Season Four will open doors that some in town will end up wishing had remained closed.
