Peel Family Mediation Services Annual Symposium on Domestic Violence Public Service Announcement

On November 15, 2019 Peel Family Mediation Services is holding its 8th annual symposium on domestic violence.

Location: Mandarin Garden Convention Centre 238 Biscayne Crescent Brampton

Time: 8:45 am to 4:45 pm.

The event will highlight violence and power viewed through the lens of culture. It is a gathering of academic and professional community partners in family law and mediation services and is attended by numerous professionals including mediators, social workers, lawyers, police officers, and dignitaries from across the Toronto and surrounding area.

The programming will meet the Ministry of Attorney-General training requirements for mediators and Information and Referral Coordinators regarding the required 5 hours of domestic violence and 2 hours of diversity and inclusion training.

The event will also feature entertainment and a buffet.

There is an early bird cost of $95/person + HST until October 25th. After that date, the cost is $100/person + HST.
