Ricardo is a public health doctor, working at the National and International level. He is the president of the National Association of Public Doctors. He also has a special interest in Public Health and epidemic surveillance at Mass Gatherings. He also works in the field of Consultancy, Health Care Management, IT applied to Health and GIS
