Nichelle Kitt, MSW is a social worker in California.  She works as a medical social worker for dialysis patients.  She describes her vicarious trauma of having clients code in front of her.  Nichelle describes what it is like working as a medical social worker for dialysis patients with end stage renal failure and having to work through the pandemic providing services.
