Hey, hey! The podcast is back and in action. After a brief hiatus to finish the academic year strong, I'm back with new episodes each week this summer! This episode is a little different from the normal format, in that it's a solo episode. This week I share updates on what's going on my way and some valuable lessons I learned during the first year. I'll also share what I'm reading, next week's guest and plans for upcoming episodes.

Welcome to episode 6!! It's been a couple of weeks since the last episode went live but I'm back with a great conversation. Studying the Cardiovascular system took all of my focus but I'm back! As always, I have to represent the hometown, so this episode features Brittany Carter-Fraiser, FNP-BC. Brittany is a Family Nurse Practitioner in Georgia and proud graduate of Hampton University. In our conversation we talk about self-care, her journey to now, getting lost in our favorite city, trap yoga and much more!!
