Yet, somewhere along the way during our early-career, we are told that being anything less than everything to everyone makes you weak--someone who can't handle it.
Know this--it is OK to accept help from others.
There are moments in our lives when we just can't find the strength nor the endurance to climb the mountain alone. It is in these moments when we have to find the courage to ask for help so we can learn, grow, and, most importantly, thrive in medicine.
