Meditate with Mary

We are complex beings and play many roles in our lives and have many inner parts. I love defining the practice of meditation as coming home to yourself and as a place for all our inner parts and all the roles we play in our lives to tune themselves like the unique and wonderful orchestra that is each one of us. This guided meditation starts with settling in, a body scan, and then imagining a party for all our inner parts and all the roles we play. I hope you enjoy and have a change to come hOMe to yourself:) Namaste.

Make your morning coffee, tea, or other favorite beverage an opportunity for a short morning meditation that sets up your day for success.
