After the interview we go straight into meditation where we work with our peace and balance.

When going through stressful times in our surrounding and world, we can help by not adding to the lower vibrations of negativity and fear. We do this by keeping calm and grounded. Sometimes easier said than done. The energy in this meditation helps us ignite our own inner peace and relax into where we are. I felt it as I had just been to a lovely spa for some days. Loved the calm energy that step in straight away and stayed with me.
