Welcome to today’s episode of Meditation Jam. Last Friday (22/9) we had Autumn Equinox. This is a day when the day and night are equally long and a good time to take stock of your life.

Are you in balance or are there parts of your life that you would like to adjust? By being in balance the flow of life becomes easier and more effortless.

This day we also went through another important energetic portal that is helping our energy harmonize with this new heart energy that we have moved into.

It was a new energy for me to tap into and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did.
