After we go straight into a guided igniting meditation where we connect to layers of energy helping us become warriors of light and bring out our inner natural courageous leader. Leader of our own life.

Courage shows up in many shapes and forms through different areas of our life, whether we see it or not. I believe we all have this vibration within us. Sometimes we might need a little help or inspiration to lure it out and believe in ourselves. I hope todays episode is a help on the way.
