Welcome to a new pod episode of Meditation Jam with Maria Rinné with an life enriching and freeing meditation.

We connect with the Sun to shine and expand our light inside and out. The energy helps us open our third eye chakra to clear the view of our divine journey.

It also opens our crown chakra for an Universal stream of light, moving through us and from us.

With this energy we continue in an open way of life, absent of mental blockages and boundaries. No longer allow that energy to hitch a ride with us.

At one point I almost felt like I lifted from the chair with this light and free flowing energy.
