Today I’m so happy to talk to intuitive coach, therapist, EFT and Psychosynthesis practitioner and friend Cilla Lye.

We chat about energy, her work and then dive into EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique. She guides us to release anxiety through an EFT session.

After our talk that is about 60 minutes, we start the guided igniting meditation and continue with the energy of releasing lower vibrations. We also get to connect with a missing piece of ourselves that is waiting to take us to a beautiful free state of love and ease.
