Hello, World! In this episode, I'm trying out a new segment. Instead of a meditation session, I have for you a chat about the magickal and mundane. This time, I’m joined by my good friend, Mary, and we explore the November Apothecary at Home box. The box contains medicinal herbs and supplies related to Digestion Health as well as an in-depth guide for how to use the items in the box. In the episode, we share what information we found both medicinal* and magickal before making some of the recipes.
It was a blast to make this episode and I’m still working out some of the kinks audio-wise, but I hope you enjoy it as much as we did making it! Stay tuned for a new meditation this week!

You can e-mail me at [email protected] or contact me through my blog/IG with your comments, questions, or even ideas/requests for discussions/meditations that you would like to hear. I always love to hear from you!
Stay safe and stay well! Cheers!
