Moonlight Meditation 🌙

In this magical Moonlight Meditation, your journey begins in a quiet meadow where you spot a very unordinary tree. This shimmering tree becomes the doorway into an enchanting adventure.

As you step closer, you’re guided into a world full of wonder, beginning with an inviting stream at the edge of the forest. From there, you’ll wander through the trees and meet many beautiful friends in nature. We don’t want to give too much away, but this soothing, imaginative meditation is filled with adventure and plenty of space for kids to create a world that feels peaceful, magical, and entirely their own.

It also includes uplifting affirmations to help little listeners settle into an empowered, calm headspace before drifting off to sleep.

Sunlight Meditation ☀️

This is our first-ever guest sharing her own guided meditation, and we are so excited! 

This meditation is set on a beach with a girl named Sophia, who drifts into a daydream and meets Tiny, a young turtle who’s afraid of swimming. With kindness and encouragement Sophia helps Tiny find his courage to finally learn to swim. 

This calming meditation is a sweet reminder that we can get through our fears, especially with a little support.
