Mental health is very important. Take a breath and pause from time to time. I’m learning. I’m growing. I’m understanding. I promise it won’t be another 4 years. I’ll talk to you guys soon, but for now here’s an episode to listen. All love.

It’s been a few years. There’s still a lot to unfold, but I’m still here pushing forward. How’s it going? How are we Meeling lately? Let’s talk about it.

It’s been over a year, but this podcast has never left my mind. I’m checking in to let you guys know I’m still here and still figuring out how to properly deal with these “meelings.” I have a lot of ideas I would like to manifest so stay tuned.

Life is short and temporary. We as people need to understand that our time here expires eventually so why not focus on working towards a better self? The hardest part is actually doing it and practicing it, but once you start don’t give up!

Quarantine and Meel? What’s up guys. We have all been on lock down and settling in to our new normal with Co-Vid 19. Hope you take a listen and learn something from yourself during this time. I’m here for you and know we are all in this together. Enjoy!

It’s always good to take the time out of your busy day and to just simply reflect. The previous episode was hard to convey, but also a relief to break the cycle of holding in my emotions.
