In this EP you are introduced to an impressive performance practitioner, Jo Clubb. Jo is an international Sports Science Consultant. Her company, Global Performance Insights, works with sports teams, organizations, and individuals worldwide. Previously, she worked as an Applied Sports Scientist for the Buffalo Bills in the NFL, and Buffalo Sabres in the NHL, as well as Chelsea Football Club and Brighton and Hove Albion in English soccer. She shares sports science content through her blog, and YouTube channel, and by publishing in scientific textbooks and peer-reviewed journals.  We had a great conversation about her life and career, many quality elements to take away from this one.  Enjoy!
