Something slightly different on this week's episode of the Meet The Wedding Suppliers podcast as we chat with not one, but two brilliant photographers - Emma Gosling and Elizabeth Jayne. Meet Wedding Pianist - Zoe Alexandria
Just how does a couple bring their personality into their wedding day just by the music that they choose for the wedding?
Our guest on this week’s episode of the Meet The Wedding Suppliers Podcast is Zoe Alexandria, a luxury wedding pianist who crafts each of her wedding day sets around the couple, incorporating the music that they love and the tone the couple want for their day.
Zoe claims to be able to play any song requested on a wedding day and she tells us about that process and how guests can requests track on the spot during a wedding for her to play.
Her work goes beyond just playing on the day. Her work starts by working with the couple about how they want to feel on the day and she crafts her sets around the emotion the couple wish to create and the songs that are important to them.
Like scenes in a film, there are different scenes or elements during the wedding day and Zoe goes into detail about how her music soundtracks those elements of the day. As a luxury Wedding Pianist, Zoe spends time crafting sets that not only reflect a couple’s personality and atmosphere they wish to create.

Meet Wedding Toastmaster Mark Greatbatch - In this episode of Meet The Wedding Suppliers we chat with Mark Greatbatch, a Wedding toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies, as we discuss the role of the Toastmaster and why they could be the key organisational element for your wedding.
Mark and I start by discussing the role of the Toastmaster and why, of all the suppliers a couple may book for their wedding day, the toastmaster should be the most visible. We discuss the importance of people skills and charisma and how older guests are drawn towards the toastmaster's uniform. Mark tells us how the toastmaster is the supplier that make everything happen, the one who liaises on behalf of the couple between the caterers, venues and other suppliers. It is the toastmaster who interacts with guests making sure everyone is the right place at the right time and providing assistance when called upon.
Mark also outlines the importance of separating the daytime and evening events and how having a gap after the speeches before the first dance is import to set the right tone for the evening events. And there is a great section of this episode where Mark outlines his workflow before introducing the couple before their evening entertainment and how this creates an electric atmosphere for a couple and their guests.

In this episode of Meet The Wedding Suppliers we chat with Rik Pennington, a London based wedding photographer who travels all around the world shooting weddings about the importance of planning meetings between couples and suppliers.
With a background in graphic design, he tells us how that has influenced his image style and composition, and how he prioritises clean and simple images that tells stories for the couples he works with.
We start by discussing the importance of wedding planning and how suppliers work with couples to create a plan for the wedding day. Rik discusses a brilliant wedding we shot together on a stunning island venue called Osea Island. Osea is an exclusive luxury island Wedding resort, but whilst the venue is stunning, the island location demands thorough planning by the couple organising the wedding. Logistics are an important consideration when planning a wedding and Rik discusses how wedding planning with his couples is one of the most important aspects of planning ahead of the wedding.
Rik began his career as a graphic designer before moving into garden photography. As is often the case, a friend was getting married and asked Rik to shoot the wedding and it was his research into wedding photography in the lead up to his first shoot that opened his eyes to credible wedding photography.
Rik shoots many weddings each year in France and we discuss the difference between a London city wedding and a wedding in a French vineyard and how variety helps to keep
