Italian born,  and astrophysicist Giulia Cerini, tells her story as she losses 30 pounds in 5 months with commitment and dedication to her plan.  

She was tired of being overweight once she moved to this country and attained her dream to study and work in the US.  Putting herself to the side, she focused on her career and achieving her dream.  Once this was aligned for her, she was desperate to get back in shape. She joined Peak 360 and sought out my help with her nutrition.

Are you frustrated with weightloss? I recommend getting a coach, WHY because if it was easy you would have done it already?

Different people need different types of coaches.  

Calories in vs. calories out may look different for everyone because of where the work actually has to come from.  

Someone who has to loose 60 pounds may need to pay more attention to a larger array of issues where someone who has to loose 15 pounds may just need to focus more on the details, which also take more attention to detail.

What getting older means to. me.

I look forward to the added years to my life. I love listening to people that have more experience in life than me.  Learning from them and seeing their outlook on life in refreshing.  

Setting new goals as I age is exciting, seeing the future as an open canvas to grow is refreshing.   I pray every day I have left on this earth is an opportunity to grow.  

Getting older is an honor, what can we learn today?

I have the opportunity to work with many people of all shapes and sizes. 

For some women, it's trying to get their "prior baby body" back is of their upmost importance.  

For a man, it may be to live long enough to play with his grandkids or get in and out of their boat easier.

Just like the young lady that it being photographed often and must look long and skinny for that specific look in the photograph.

Whatever the goal is, health should be the focus.  Eating quality foods, and enough of it, should also be just as important. 

Body fat "is what it is". If you have body fat in excess it is just as dangerous as having to little of it.  

We should celebrate everyones body, feeling beautiful, and celebrate body image because we all all human beings and different yet having an excess of body fat percentage is just as dangerous or concerning as the next persons sickness or illness. The image should not devalue or lessen a person for who they are or what they look like.  

Just like smoking will lead to cancer, excess body fat will lead to heart problems, diabetes, anxiety, depression, and health concerns.  

Size 4 is not the goal, but a properly balanced lifestyle is. 

A properly balanced lifestyle is not how you "feel" it is how healthy you body is on the inside.

I have stayed home with my kids for a long time and now working more hours than ever. 

Yes, I am an entrepreneur but still committed to clients, deadlines, and manage a few people.
