In this episode, I cover my experience trying to find what career I should go down while battling the stress and pressure of having it all figured out by the end of college. At the end, I share tips on how to start determining what your destiny is and how to find it.
In this episode, I bring on a special (and well accomplished) guest and close friend of mine, Allie Shero. Allie, 23, runs a district office for sales and marketing in Texas. She has won a scholarship doing her work, was a top 20 new office in the nation her first year open, and leads a cycling class. We discuss what it's like being a young, successful, ambitious woman in dating, the struggles both men and woman encounter, what we crave in relationships, and how feminism and covid has impacted the polarity and connection in the dating world. This is by far one of the most intriguing episodes filmed yet.

By the end of my first month at my first "big girl job", I went from bring a entry level sales representative with no previous relevant experience to running my first office in 4 months (I was selected for the position by the end of my first month). I was 19 years old at the time and about to go into my sophomore year of college. Here are the top 10 things you can do to get that promotion FAST.
This is a transitional episode from the 4 part mini series introducing personal growth to the overall mission of the Meeting "You" podcast: transforming individuals from playing small and chasing their desires, to being the person who has it all. In this episode, I get vulnerable with how I felt like I was never enough for what I wanted, and how I transformed to becoming the woman of my dreams.
This is the final lesson, lesson 4, of the introduction to personal growth series. This episode includes basic knowledge on energetics and spirituality. We review the Law of Attraction and how you feel being what is manifesting into your reality. I'll also introduce the Rabbit in the Forest analogy - what you chase, runs from you. Finally, we will go over operating in the masculine energy versus feminine energy and finding your match. At the end, there is a special announcement of what's next for the Meeting "You" podcast and my coaching series!
This is lesson 3 of the Personal Growth Introduction series. In this episode, we identify common practices you'll see people use or recommend on your personal growth journey and remove taboos or misconceptions around them. We also include terms you'll be using and what they mean, as well as identify mother or father wounds on a very basic level. Finally, we will review the 7 Saboteurs: the seven ways you may be self sabotaging your career, your relationships, your life... and thus, yourself.
This is lesson 2 of the Introduction to Personal Growth series. On this episode, we dive into our biology and anatomy. We begin learning about how the brain interprets signals, the amygdala and prefrontal cortex's role, and how we can reinforce (or weaken) certain dendrites to shape the reality we desire. We also learn about trauma and how "cookie cutter trauma" is merely one extreme on the spectrum. Finally, we review how trauma can be as simple as one bad conversation we internalize as children and that carry on into our adulthood.
Lesson 1 of the personal growth series. On today's episode, we tackle dismantling taboos and misunderstandings around personal growth. Why do people spend thousands of dollars on themselves? We also start getting clear on who your dream "HIM" or "HER" is, and end with tips for getting started on your personal growth journey.
