Food is one of the greatest areas of our conditioning according to Ra, the founder of the Human Design system. And it makes sense: We are raised to believe we need to dine together, break bread together for 3 meals a day and we are constantly being exposed to all of the diets, trends and fads that are telling us how we should eat. Over time, we have lost the ability to listen to and honor our bodies.

Luckily, Human Design offers has so much information about our diet- and how we can eat to our honor our own body based on our design.
