Do you suffer from an extreme lack of self-care?
While we think there is no way to make up for the extreme lack of care in our life, practicing self-care is easier than you might think. There are many examples, but the ones I think work the most are the simplest.
Find one thing that you can do for a few minutes that has an end to it. Whether it is a quick walk to your favorite area, reading a chapter of a good book, or even sitting on the porch for a few minutes during sunset, these things help you more than you would expect.
If you build on these and do it every day, you'll see a dramatic increase in your feelings and your upkeep.
