I know it's not saying much, but this movie wasn't completely rancid. It was still pretty damn bad, but it also had some boss fight scenes, and... that's pretty much it. We were joined by Devin from the Why So Serious podcast, and we had a great time discussing the music, the fights, the music, and the music. Really, the music was the best part of the entire film. The only thing worse than a bad movie is a boring movie, and this is a boring as hell movie. There is no true cohesiveness to this movie, the characters who are on the same team don't talk until the last fifteen minutes of the movie, but it turns out that they have always been in connection, but the scenes showing that connection was deleted. The male lead is a horrible actor, Moon Bloodgood is just a pretty face, Kristen Kreuk is awful, and Robin Shou is probably the best thing in this movie which is the equivalency of finding shit in a quarter.   This movie is atrocious, and I am rueing the day I ever created this podcast. Enjoy.

Ahoy, Motherfuckers! This fucking movie. Can I say fucking? This movie is above and beyond senselessness, and it is up to Brandon and me to decipher it. This is the first of our Video Game Movie Month, and I want my quarter back. Cultural appropriation occurs in every scene. They took a video game with the easiest video game plot ever and make a whole movie that doesn't even begin to reference the game. This movie is wretched in so many ways. Also, Abobo has a nutsack on his neck. Enjoy.

It is a largely senseless movie with a few big names in it, but the real stars of the movie were the white man and woman who played Man and Woman, respectively, and their dog Prince.
