I’m freestyling off the dome today because I am quite hungover (lol) and decided to do a random episode - with no planning in advance - so definitely out of my comfort zone! I can at times however be an expert waffler so I combined that passion + podcast = today’s episode. Boom.

Today’s episode is focussed on spirituality which is very close to my heart and is an integral part of who I am. I attempt to explain my approach to spirituality and what works for me. Get ready for talks of crystals, meditation, new moons and more!

I find running so cathartic and I’ve racked up alottttt of kilometers along the way. In today's episode I reminisce about runs I’ve participated in and the notable half marathons which really challenged me and taught me a lot about persistence, perseverance and endurance. P.s. In today’s episode I discuss how I experienced the BLM Movement last year. I challenged myself to find out more about Black History so this episode pretty much covers what I learnt during that time.

This week I wanted to share my experience of learning how to podcast, the tools I found useful and what I want to do next. Quick recap of the tools I use: Da Vinci editing software (update: it’s been crashing like crazy so I’m going to move to)….Audacity which I also use to convert my files to MP3, this makes the files much smaller/easier to upload), Soundcloud, and Anchor which I also use to upload to Spotify (Anchor also publishes to 5 other podcasting platforms from one place, very handy).

Today I’m sharing my experiences that led me to stop eating meat, all the things I’ve learnt since and what has inspired me to maintain this lifestyle.
