It’s cleansing time! Welcome to one of my favorite tools for seasonal cleanses!

Yes! This can be used any time in any duration to keep the body flowing!!!

Intentional change starts with an intentional shift and it gets easier! This is how we change our world!!!!

Are you losing your hearing sense? Do you have a hard time hearing people in a crowded room, the TV, maybe your own inner voice?
