    The innovation of Lucy (a free mobile banking app) has pacified her quest for giving back to the community and an idea that caters to many women entrepreneurs in Singapore.

    Lucy is a neobank built to help entrepreneurial women who are overlooked, underestimated, and underbanked become unstoppable. Lucy is designed by women, for women- their life, their challenges, their aspirations.


    Debbie realized that there was so much that could be done to improve access to finance for women and small businesses, but no-one was really doing it. And that’s why Lucy was launched! Our host Payal is in conversation with Debbie as she gives us an insight into her life of travel, corporate and the impact that Lucy has made in the lives of the many women with their businesses.

    They talk to our host Payal about their mission at Cyberlite where they help businesses, academic institutions, and non profits build a culture of doing good and inspiring action, particularly in the social issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion, sustainability, cybersafety, and entrepreneurship.


    Nina and Michelle's mission at Cyberlite is to inspire change and enable a sustainable, equitable world through diverse communication and education.


    Nina is an accomplished entrepreneur who has strategically built and sold businesses all over the world. She has found great success in the cybersecurity industry and regularly speaks at events about online safety and education. Nina is also a strong leader within the DEI field, and promotes positive social impact for the next generation. Her diverse background in design, innovation, and entrepreneurship makes her the driving force behind the company’s creative direction.


    Michelle is a passionate advocate for social issues and has now made it her mission to build sustainable and equitable communities through impactful education. They are both also the co-founders of Cyberlite Books, and the co-authors of Ready, Get Set, Connect! and Me, You, and Them.

    Anushka Mehrotra is a screenwriter who has worked on a variety of film and television projects of different genres.


    Over the years, she has worked with a multitude of filmmakers including Dev Benegal, Nikkhil Advani and Vipul Shah.

    Anushka was the screenwriter for Amazon Prime’s original series Mumbai Diaries 26/11, and is currently working on a show for Hotstar and a show for HBO Max.


    She also writes prose, and was the 2015-2016 winner of the Julia Fonville Smithson Memorial Prize for Fiction, as well as the winner of the 2021 Rusty Fears 4 Horror Writing Contest.


    It's always inspiring to talk to such talents and take a dive into their artistic process and experiences. After all, that is how Melting Pot comes together.

    Born in Austin, Texas, Seth moved to Los Angeles at age 11 to further pursue his acting career. Be inspired on how to follow your passion.


    Seth began to study acting and martial arts at age 7 and has his black belt in Tae Kwon Do as well as Cinematic Martial Arts (CMA), and many other styles. Seth also enjoys training in stunts with former Blue Power Ranger Mike Chat at XMA HQ in North Hollywood.


    Besides acting, martial arts and stunts, Seth is also an accomplished dancer and in his spare time creates skits and videos for his YouTube Channel.

    DJ Kimmy K started off being a part of Miami radio in 1998 and then won an International talent competition for Walt Disney World becoming Disney's 1st female DJ in 2002.


    Kim later opened her own mobile DJ business performing for thousands of wedding couples, corporate clients, kids and family events, church events and most recently opened for Cheslea Handler for a women's event and closed for Sheryl Crow at a corporate event.
