We hear a good bit about people doing a "cleanse." They want to get rid of the toxins in their bodies and be more healthy. But you not a body that has a soul. You are a soul that has a body. The most important part of you is the eternal soul, and there are spiritual toxins that can infect you, affect you and try to destroy you.

To kick off our new focus for the spring, "Soul Detox," these guys share testimony of God's cleansing power in their lives.

This may be one of the most difficult "One-Anothers" yet! It's one we love to receive but the hardest to give. It has a HUGE impact on your relationship with God as well! This could be the chain that is binding you!!

This one can get tricky...It's easy to fake it. God looks at the heart. Am I truly humbling myself, focusing on Christ, and lifting you up? Do I ever even come close to loving you like I love myself? How do I feel deep down about putting your needs ahead of my own?

Sometimes we need help, guidance, and counsel to get through this life. Sometimes we are called to give these things to help others. It's another "one-another" thing.

Amazing how so many Christians are quick to run others down and tear others down! We are called to be building blocks...not stumbling blocks! Are you building? How are we to do this?

John 12:1-8; As we turn over the calendar to a New Year may we be so caught up in awe and worship of Him that we are totally consumed with His Presence and poured out before Him!

Are we taking seriously even the thought of who God is? Are we overwhelmed and overtaken by His Presence? Is His glory what our hearts long for?
