On May 23rd,  Seth Cantley, licensed therapist stops by to hang with our online community to discuss the importance of having healthy patterns of sleep, exercise, and meditation.

On May 20th, Dr. Jen Wray, licensed therapist who focusses most of her work on suicide prevention, spends a resourceful hour with members of this community.  During this time, Jen dispelled common misconceptions about suicide, shared some stats, but most importantly gave critically important  information on helping ourselves and others stay safe from the lie of suicide.  She fields questions from those in attendance as well.
