This week on The Final Word, Frangela is fired up and breaking down the latest episode of “What Fresh Hell Is This?”

First, Trump signed a memo—yes, a memo—giving his administration expanded powers to repurpose unspent federal funds. We must’ve missed the part of the Constitution where laws get rewritten via sticky note.

Then, as the government shutdown drags into its third week, Trump’s threatening to permanently cut more “Democrat programs.” Translation: if you need help, he’s not here for it.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court is out here sharpening its scissors to snip the last threads of the Voting Rights Act. Because apparently voting is just too democratic.

Over at the Pentagon, they tried to roll out a fascistic press policy, and nearly every major news outlet said “nah.” When Fox News is giving side-eye, you know it’s bad.

And in the “Sir, this is a Wendy’s” category, Trump is whining about his Time magazine cover photo. Because nothing says presidential like pouting over lighting and angles.

Oh—and just to round out the horror show, the administration is floating changes to immigration policy that would favor white people. Yep. That’s not a dog whistle—it’s a foghorn.
