The Men Of Action Present a new spinoff series called “The Importance of Seeing Ernest”.
Remember the Ernest films from the 80's & 90's starring Jim Varney? No! Well, Andrew Crupi of 'The Men of Action Podcast' does and during the 2021 Adelaide Fringe Festival he watched all 9 Ernest films in release order & presented his theory on "The Importance of Seeing Ernest” to a live theatre audience at the amazing “House Of Spaghetti” venue.
Happy Halloween Episode 4 of “The Importance of Seeing Ernest” is Ernest Scared Stupid (1991) Famously this was the show where we had NO AUDIENCE! My Co- hosts were Al Grace and Mike Baldock.
Each show was recorded live on stage, some recorded better than others, so please excuse any drops or distortions in sound quality, I have done my best to clean it in the edit.

NOTE: Men Of Action fans we will still be releasing new MOA Podcast episodes later in the year. We just needed to take some time off this year for personal and professional reasons and these episodes of “The Importance of Seeing Ernest” were gathering dust in the Pantheon so we thought it best to release them before they exploded.
Just a quick update from Crupi regarding our up coming episodes.
On this episode of “The Men of Action Podcast'' it’s another Paul Verhoeven movie so we called in reinforcements, a grizzled old veteran from our past whose knowledge of giant bugs and spaceships is unmatched, Mr Eddie Morrison. So strap into your dropship, grab an assault rifle and get ready to crush some bugs as we watch the 1997 action SciFi classic Starship Troopers. A movie Graham, Eddie and Crupi had all seen before … because of course we had?

It’s that time of year again for the “The Men of Action Podcast'' where we pull out the Yule Log, grab a brandy and put our phones in potato chip packets so the government or Santa Clause can’t track our calls, that’s right it’s our annual Christmas episode. This year we sat down to watch the technical action thriller Enemy Of the State from 1998. A movie Graham had seen and Crupi had not. To all our listeners Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you all and thank you for your continuing support.

On this episode of “The Men of Action Podcast” we were skating on thin ice, when out of nowhere something happened that wasn’t expected and caused someone near us to stop living…. You might say we witnessed a Sudden Death from the year 1995. A movie nether Graham or Crupi had seen.

After a bit of a break we are happy to say “The Men Of Action” are back, and on this episode we revisit an absolute 90’s action classic Passenger 57 from 1992. A movie both Graham and Crupi had seen along with everyone else in the world because it was always on.
Programing Note:
Thank you to all our listeners for your patience on the release of the episode without getting into too much detail, life got a bit hectic for both of us this year and we just needed some time to focus on some other things. But do not fear action fans, we're not finished the Pantheon yet, so we are still recording and will be back in your ears with more episodes soon.
