Men,
In this episode, Glenn talks about what is missing in masculinity today and why so many men feel confused about what it means to lead. Through examples from life and the Bible, he shows that strong men take responsibility instead of blaming others or passing the buck. This episode challenges husbands and fathers to lead with faith, own their actions, care for their marriage and family, and stop living from passivity or victimhood. Glenn reminds men that responsibility begins with themselves, including their relationship with God, their spiritual leadership at home, and the way they respond to everyday challenges. Men,
Why do so many men struggle in leadership, marriage, and fatherhood even when they're trying their best? In this episode, Glenn argues that the missing ingredient is identity—knowing who God is, who He created you to be, and learning to live from that truth. He explains why insecurity grows when men look for identity within themselves rather than receiving it from God, and how that affects their ability to lead themselves and others. You'll discover what Scripture says about your identity in Christ, why revelation is different from knowledge, and how a renewed understanding of who you are changes the way you live. If you want to grow in confidence, strengthen your faith, and become a more effective leader at home and beyond, this episode will help you build from the right foundation.
