We talk to him about training at American Top Team, training with Edson Barboza, Edson moving down to 145lbs, being around our buddy Phil Daru, we talk about Jose Aldo dropping down to 135lbs, calling Aldo out, training with Marlon Moraes, how a fighters following influences matchmaking, he teases us of some fight news, turns out he is a big Menace fan, we talk about some of Menace's fights, we invite him to potentially rematching Aljamain Sterling in a grappling match, we talk about almost fighting Cody Sandgahen, Cody Stamman not wanting to fight him, we talk training with Cobrinha, hanging out with him when we go back to Florida, UFC 248, his teammate Joanna Jedrezejczyk's fight & much more.

We then have a few minutes with Hector Lombard where whatsapp wasnt picking up his audio and was lagging so we facetime him.

Around 46:58 we get Hector's audio all worked out. Hector loves talking politics so we talk the most politics in Menace and The Man history. We talk about growing up in Cuba, dealing with communism, we talk about going to the gun range with him, we talk Elizabeth Warren dropping out of the election, how politicians lie, some random stranger gets mad at Hector for talking politics so he puts them in his place, we then get into Mike Bloomberg wasting 500 million, Joe Biden accidentally endorsing Trump, as the interview is going on Hector is trying to convert people to Trump supporters, we crown Hector our official political correspondent, we talk about his love for Donald Trump, we talk a little MMA, we talk about what changes they can make in MMA scoring, his Cuban brother Yoel Romero, his friendship with Colby Covington, his next Bare Knuckle fight, we then circle back to politics, we talk about his dislike of Obama, government regulations, the coronavirus & much more.

About :35 seconds in we get Felicia Spencer on. She is fresh off a dominant UFC win this past weekend, we talk about her recent fight, the possibility of fighting Amanda Nunes next, going to Brazil to fight her, we talk about getting married, her husbands recent win in his pro debut, adding a puppy to the family, we pick her brain on relationship protocols, keeping relationships and training separate & then we experience a few interruptions from the pizza place she is waiting on so we let her get to her food.

About 45:40 we get Hector Lombard on for a few minutes. We were having some difficulty with getting him on video so we get him on for a few to plan him coming back on the next episode. We talk politics for a few minutes, we talk about Bernie Sanders, freeloaders, we plan his next appearance where we will try to get John Gotti in studio with us, he compliments us on the show and we let him go.

Around 52:28 we get Kyle Cerminara in studio as Katlyn is on her way.
