In simple terms, a business framework is a system of rules that are used to govern a process or decisions. They help ensure that the output of decisions or processes is consistent, of a high standard, and aligned with an organisation's principles, values, and goals.

Behavioral adjustment refers to each individual's propensity to adjust one's behaviors to environmental contingencies. It may therefore be seen as one type of secondary control (a propensity to adjust to the environment).

A strong brand requires a strong brand identity, brand image, brand culture, and brand personality. Implementing a successful brand strategy that develops all four of these components increases brand trust, loyalty, and awareness.

Ignoring a problem never makes it go away. Whether it's a gap in your team's skill set or a flawed strategic direction, failure to confront these issues head-on will only magnify them over time. When you push an uncomfortable truth under the rug, you essentially consent to a ticking time bomb that will inevitably explode.

Delays Cost More Than You Think

Procrastinating on a challenging decision is often the easier route. Yet, the longer you wait, the more limited your options become. If you delay cutting losses on a failing project, you risk wasting resources you could allocate better elsewhere.

Over the past few weeks, I had this nagging feeling that it was time to leave my career, reroute my life to fit in more time to work on my business, and scale my brand to a higher level. I needed to know whether it was time for me to get outside of the safety net to accomplish more to accomplish my dreams of getting fully back in the flow of working full-time, not just part-time. 

About a month or so I decided that I had enough, and that I was going to quiet quit my career, and just look for something else while I was gathering the ends, and outs of my exit plan. There were a lot of things going on at work that were vexing my spirit, and the lack of communication were one of them. I grew tired of not having the appropriate support from my director, and her lack of doing what she was hired to do. 

I learned a lot while being in this space, and I noticed somethings that I had to change within myself in order for me to see the change in others. I know that there might be a part2, and a part3 while still dropping that long blog post I mentioned in this episode. 

In this episode, I dive into my love for writing as a freelancer, and the many opportunities that come with being in this lane. I also drop some gems on how to get started in this large freelancing arena while making money and using platforms to host your content for free.
