⚡️Badass drummer Sara Lund joins Alicia and breast cancer survivor/menopause specialist Nikki Kuehl NP to share how she balanced breast cancer treatment with the reunion of her band - 90's indie rock legends Unwound, and to get to the bottom of what’s really behind the despair inducing brick wall of "NO HRT" for breast cancer survivors.  

Sara reveals how she refused to let her 2024 surprise diagnosis of Stage 1b ILC ER/PR+ HER2-  breast cancer stop her from her dream tour,  how fighting to get her health back has helped grow her community and how optimizing hormonal and non-hormonal meno treatment options with a menopause specialist could result in a better quality of life!⚡️The thinking on treatment for BC survivors is rapidly changing and we are honored to represent her point of view in the podcast and as you will hear happening on this very episode (!!!) now as a primary participant in the Menopunks documentary!⚡️ Thank you for trusting us with your powerful story Sara, it will inspire so many! 💪😍🥁You are a fcking amazing human and we love you soooo much -  punk moms FTW! ⚡️❤️‍🔥🤘
