How do we get offended?

Happiness is what most of us are striving for isn’t it? Yet for a lot of us it seems hard to find.

We all have 3 choices. 

Nutrition is so important in for your overall wellbeing and it’s something I know can swing my mental health if it goes to ‘rogue’ for me. We constantly get bombarded with new diets and the amount of information is overwhelming. This is perfect for people who want to be able to find balance in feeing great and living well.

Often we adopt sub conscious pressures to tick all the boxes when it comes to getting a good job, buying a house, getting married and having kids. Most people in our day never even ask them self why they are feeling the pressure or why they have the expectation they need to have them achieved by a certain age. In this episode, I dive into why things are changing and why it’s important to start creating your own rules and expectations.

We speak all things social media (Instagram). The pros, the cons. How it can affect your self-worth. Using it for good and business.

Here are a few thoughts after a discussion with a friend.

Being disciplined with your fitness can change your life. To me, its to obey rules and/or stick to your plan being disciplined in fitness means to me means (following a training plan, eating well, recovery).  Discipline allows you to test and measure and pivot (if you follow a plan you can find out what works well for you and what doesn’t). People are never disciplined to follow something for the required time. This can relate to all aspects of life.
