Kaitlyn is struggling today -- her looming potential PMDD has her in a bit of a rut. But, we manage to provide you with some hopefully helpful #WFH tips and a reminder that you are not just working from home, you are home during a pandemic trying to get work done.

We had the chance to speak with Ryan Walkenhorst (JD '19), one of the main subjects of the article and the mastermind behind W&M's overhaul of its mental health environment, for an exclusive BTS look into her experience working with the administration to build the supportive environment that now exists there.
