International Men's Day happened recently, and the mockery the hashtag got on Twitter from first women, then some men, underscored how little is understood or respected about the issues Men face, because 'patriarchy'. This isn't about the Men's Rights Movement, who are primarily a bunch of anti-women whackos, this is about things like men over 50 having the highest suicide rate in North America - why?? We offer some answers, including how men make their job not what they do but who they are; why men don't seek out care for mental health issues - or admit they have them.
