Mental Adventures with Indigo

I found myself in a debilitating space as I am reevaluating my past actions and experiences & how they’ve affected me up until this point & I wasn’t in a space of regret but rather acceptance and action on how I was gonna move forward with the way things are currently and it was taking a toll planning things when everything looks so uncertain right now. But, this is exactly why I needed to be reminded of the place that faith plays in this journey & how grateful I am for that reminder. Blessed to be remaining faithful.

Again, thank you for tuning in & being a space I created that is healing me with every episode.

Another conversation with a friend leads to another podcast episode. When we create structures and routines that are actually difficult to stay consistent and disciplined with its typically because it’s restrictive and limiting and in return our inner child rebels not wanting to comply with being boxed in by us or society.

While chatting with a friend like always I had a reminder about the importance of shifting our perspectives and being able to perceive the limitless realities open to us as we connect to the being unlike anything created. Amen.

This episode and discussion was really based on the insight from a considered mentor about how we must retire from this label of an empath and step into our true nature of being highly sensitives and recognizing this while also getting an understanding of this. I am grateful for my own understanding of my own highly sensitive nature and the insights from other highly sensitive beings.

Many blessings to my highly sensitive mystics.

This quick discussion was brought to me by meditation and now is being brought to you by this episode of the podcast. We need to take a serious and detailed look at how overstimulation in all manners of our consumption in all ways has led to irregularity and an overwhelming uncomfortableness with normalities in the being thus us being led back to the same toxicity that inhibited our being to begin with to feel a false “normal”.

This episode & discussion is one that is rather quick compared to previous episodes. But, it discusses the importance of compassion, truthfulness, discernment, and, sharing with community.

Grateful for the guidance of my creator to share this rather straightforward message. Its a blessing to be able to share with you all.

Many blessings to you all.

This episode screams for the importance and integration of the truth above all & in all forms of our live and our being. Its a declaration to wage war on the evil that is lying and destroy all of its forms within my reality and the collective.
