Episode 18 was recorded yesterday while at the beach. It was a blissful and peaceful day full of so much reciprocal energy. True energy exchanges between souls walking in alignment I am so grateful and blessed to have experienced this reality. This episode is about the beauty in which the vastness of the ocean and the depth of our souls are synonymous with one another. I was embraced by the idea because of how the waters unite the entirety of humanity and the world that be & that we experience daily. I am grateful to have felt the compassion of the sand on my feet and body, and, felt the life force that fills the ocean. It truly made my inner child swell with joy and happiness. Enjoy my loves. I hope the sound of the water soothes you alongside my voice and the truth that I spoke yesterday. Many blessings as we all experience the divine subjectively and collectively.

Welcome back to Mental Adventures With Indigo
Today I return after a long-standing break from creating content. It has been such a beautifully wild time in my journey and I have to admit I have missed speaking my truth so rawly and vulnerably with my platform and this episode showed me how much I missed it. I feel so good returning in such a sober state & I am thankful for everything I learned through my hermit mode. Lets get back to the real work and stop making excuses for self and for others. Lets honor the divine that created us and the piece of the divine we all carry within us.
