I’m just sitting on my dark patio, burning me a good one , feeling one with the universe and manifesting some of my dreams . I also give some of my current thoughts. This audio was not faked this was a personal and real life example of how your disorders can negatively effect you out of the blue . I did not cause any harm to myself and got through this with managing my breathing and thoughts . Just a reminder that it never gets easier but you can deal with it and live another day .
