I am an educationalist, psychological and career counselor and this my First Podcast . This talk is focusing on the mental wellness and upliftment of the students and the society.I simply want that we all should introspect and see the consequences of the structure of the educational frame we are building up.Mental health is not only a challenge in front of adults but it is impacting our young generation. The foundation we all are laying, is my biggest concern. Remember the seed of various mental illnesses are deep rooted in the frame of childhood.I hope with my first podcast I am able to reach out to the various stakeholders and I am able to generate a sense of responsibility we all have towards our children, our families and our society.
