Today, Dr. D welcomes Marly Steinman, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a deep understanding of the emotional complexities surrounding infertility and IVF.  She describes her own struggles with infertility and her lense that she views therapy.  They discuss the mental health challenges faced by individuals and couples undergoing traditional infertility treatments as well as those exploring third-party IVF options, such as using egg donor, sperm donor, or surrogates.  Anyone going through fertility treatments should definitely take a listen!
