Liam Kennedy is this week’s guest on Mental Health Monday.

Liam describes himself as “in recovery” from a host of mental health battles, including PTSD and anxiety, following a traumatic event when he was starting out in a new career.

He sets out his journey, including how poetry helped him find a new path in life.

In part two, comedian Omid Djalili tells Mick about the moment he came off stage in Liverpool and knew it was time to start taking mental health seriously.
