This is just a quick happy Mother’s Day to anyone and everyone if you are happy or grieving or sad or just content

Today I’m talking about Mother’s Day with the absence of mothers grandmothers mom’s step mom’s whoever whoever they are for you but I’m talking about my feelings without any of my mothers

If you are currently taking a medication, please keep taking it. If you feel like your meds are not working, go see a psychiatrist. If you are wanting to talk to somebody about being put on a medication for a mental health disorder, asked to see a psychiatrist and a therapist. I am so proud of you
